These terms cover this website and the waitlist on it. Crowdrun has not launched. Nothing here is a product you can buy, an offer you can accept, or advice you should rely on. When runs open, they will have their own terms, and you will see those before you pledge or launch anything.

What this site is

A description of something we are building, and a form to be told when it opens. Operated by [legal entity name]. Contact [hello@crowdrun.ai].

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist commits neither of us to anything. It does not reserve you a run, a place, tokens, or pricing. We may launch to some of the list before others, in whatever order we think best. You can leave the list at any time; see the privacy policy.

The examples on this site are examples

The runs shown — the projects, builders, backer counts, token figures, dollar figures and burn charts — are illustrations of how Crowdrun is meant to work. They are not real runs, real people or real numbers. Dollar figures are indicative conversions at an example rate and are not a price list.

Where a lab or model provider’s name or mark appears — including in the illustrated “match” on example runs — it identifies models a builder could use through Crowdrun. It does not mean that company has partnered with, endorsed, invested in or agreed to match anything on Crowdrun unless we say so explicitly elsewhere. All such names and marks belong to their owners.

Not an investment

Nothing on Crowdrun is, or will be, a security, an investment, a loan or a share of anything. Backers who pledge on a future run will be pre-buying usage of a product, not a stake in a company. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

Using the site

Don’t break it, scrape it, probe it, or submit anything to it that isn’t yours to submit. Don’t impersonate anyone on the waitlist. We may remove entries we believe were made by bots or in bad faith.

Ours and yours

The Crowdrun name, mark, design and text on this site are ours. You may link to the site and quote from it with attribution. You may not present it as yours.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we make no promises that it will be either, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on it, to the extent the law allows us to say so.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes

We will update these terms when the platform launches and may update them before then. The date at the top will change when we do.
